The customer service for this company is top notch. There was a slight delay with the shipper getting the items I ordered over to U.S. Packaging for them to send to me. The correspondence I had with customer service at U.S Packaging was prompt and they were very understanding. At the end of the day, U.S. Packaging took care of the issue and refunded the shipping cost as a result of the delay. I did not ask for the shipping refund but their kind gesture for sure will make me a return customer. Thank you for being such a great company!

We bought polyethylene film from U.S. Packaging & Wrapping as part of a volunteer effort to make protective gowns and other PPE for frontline workers in NYC during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company ships quickly, delivers a high-quality product, and is all-in-all a pleasure to work with.

I ordered a sealer based on the description of the use on the website. The website did a great job describing the product and providing accurate pictures so I could make a better decision. Ordering process was simple and the shipping was faster than I had expected. The sealer works great for our needs and am sure I will be ordering more in the near future.

Excellent company to do business with. I've ordered with them on several occasions and they are always knowledgeable about their products and very easy to order from. Shipping was also very convenient with most orders shipping the same day and received shortly thereafter.

This is exactly what I expect out of a company - nothing but the best! From a sole proprietor/small business owner, I don't have time to worry about when I'm going to receive an order and the quality of the product I'm going to receive, but with USA Packaging, it's a no brainer as they deliver on every point! The quality, value, response time and courtesy they extended to me on a short notice was exceptional! I HIGHLY recommend doing business with them (coming from someone who doesn't have a moment to write a review but took the time to do so today!)
