I’m not really sure how to rate this place since it’s my first visit & the issues I experienced could have been easily avoided with someone who knew how to operate a business. The staff was confusing at best. There were 3 young adults running the restaurant. They really lacked the experience & guidance needed to make the place function properly; but the meals tasted good & my waitress was friendly, though she openly discussed the work situation & stated what she did or did not like doing to customers. The other woman working with her was visible; but kept her face buried in her phone, & while I never heard anything she said, it caused the other staff to wish they weren’t there with her. The guy cooking worked quickly & presumably went on break as soon he finished preparing my meal. My dessert was German chocolate sheet cake & tasted like box cake with mass manufactured icing. I also chose to order a “frappe” & that was not a good decision. They don’t have the proper equipment to make a frappe & it was never blended properly. Thankfully my waitress acknowledged this when serving the creation to me without being prompted & said it didn’t blend well, but your welcome to try it & see if you like it. Over all; this place has a lot of promise & could be amazing, but it was not there on this particular visit. I do look forward to trying again & hopefully recanting as well as upgrading the review.

Lulu's is the best comfort food in town. If you are in town, or traveling through, you must check out Lulu's! They serve delicious food. They serve lunch, but also breakfast all day long. They are super friendly as well. I wasn't sure about curbside pickup, but when I asked, they were more than happy to do it. Now, I'm a regular for curbside pickup. They have daily lunch specials, and you can check them out ahead of time on Facebook. You can eat in, takeout, or curbside pickup. I highly recommend Lulu's! I went back to Lulu's recently and dined in with friends, again we had delicious food and great service.

Where do I begin.. the cook was on his lunch break at noon when people were waiting on their food, a huge wasp nest is hanging right above the door loaded with wasps, the cook had a problem with me asking if my salad was coming out before the food, the AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK and was out last summer also who knows why it can't be fixed, flies are everywhere and all over your food.

There is one good thing about them and that's the food was really great. I got a Texas burger and it tasted good.

The hamburger steak with onions and brown gravy was excellent. Lots of flavor. I wish I lived closer.

It might have just been on off moment for them, but I was not impressed. I paid almost $20 for a hamburger steak plate and a drink. They got my order wrong, but I still took it, but it ended up tasting really bad. One of my friend's orders was completely wrong and the other friend was shorted almost $15 in change and then the employee didn't agree with her about it. Overall, not impressed at all. I would have thought it was due to busyness, but they only had two tables, so unfortunately, they just didn't do a good job.

Great service and food. Very clean and really friendly staff. Deanna our server was great just hope I got her name correct. Really good menu and daily specials worth it. Don't need to get a loan to eat here. Definitely on my go to list for Breakfast or lunch as they close at 3 pm and 2PM on Sunday. Wednesday to Sunday open closed Monday and Tuesday.

Hands down the best place to eat at in wedowee period!! Our waitress was so sweet and the food was amazing. Will definitely be eating there again❤️

Drove over from Ashland today to enjoy Lulu's good food. Left right after ariving due to excessive number of flies in the restaurant. Our thought, if they were that bad in the dining room, the kitchen was likely much worse. Hope they can get this issue under control soon!
