I stopped by tonight (6-12-23) around 9:30pm, I was on my way home in Cullman from Fultondale, with my 3 kids..... Everyone I dealt with there was very polite, they also got my order correct and everything was hot/fresh. I also ordered a caramel frappe (I'm addicted to those and have been buying them almost daily).... It was one of the best ones that have been made, the lady that made it did a great job!

We go here every day and get the same thing. We got home today and had the wrong order. We went back and they never said they were sorry or nothing. This is like the 3rd time this has happened. The employees that take our order is awesome the girls at the 2 nd window are always playing around and don’t care if they give the right order. If it wasn’t for the 2nd window this would be a good place. Cost us 10.00 in gas to go back.

If you must eat at Mc Donald's, this would be the one to pick. Clean, new, everyone has a great attitude. And most importantly, the ice cream machine and the frappe blender always work!

I was on my way home from vacation and stopped here at 8:30 on a monday night. when i got my 10 piece mcnuggets they were hard as a rock and they proceeded to tell me that there slushie machine was broke which i saw them making slushies in the back and drinking them. they dumped my fries out in the bag and went everywhere. i highly don’t recommend going to this place!!

Typical mcdonald's, the food is delicious, and the lines are long. There is no play place at this location they tore it down and added more seating. Which is why I gave them one star for atmosphere. A restaurant themed around children should come with a area for them to play.

18 minutes. That’s how long I waited for a Big Mac that they got wrong. I asked for no pickles no onion. Nearly 20 minutes of waiting for a wrong order. After that it took almost 6 minutes before they fixed the order. I know it doesn’t take that long to make a Big Mac no pickle no onion. There were a lot of people up here in the lobby complaining about wrong orders. Can’t say I’ll come by again.

Edit: I have food poisoning a few hours later.

Had to wait 10 minutes just to place an order in the drive thru . The employee who took my order had an attitude but the food was hot and my order was correct
