We had the big bologna sandwich. You can't beat the price of $3.99. It has bologna cheese eggs and mayo on the Texas size bread. One sandwich is very filling.

I ordered coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. I got green beans. I have tried calling they don’t answer the phone.

I really wanted to leave a 5 star but I was shorted a side on my plate and tried to call several times and no one answers the phone. The food was wonderful my mac n cheese on my country fried steak plate would have made it even better!

The manager's are friendly.
I'm a longtime fan of Jack's but I won't stop at this one anymore.
I typically order a chicken dinner. The biscuits here are consistently quite hard, as if they had been made hours before. The chicken, too: hard, almost painful to crunch as if they had held under a food warmer for hours
Last night, I approached the counter to order where the employee on duty was leaning over, cellphone on counter, face in phone. She didn't bother to put down here cellphone or stand up straight, barely bothered to look up and mumble almost inaudibly, "Here or to go?".
As usual, the biscuit was hard and room temperature
Particularly disturbing, the chicken was room temperature, actually cool in parts. I should not have eaten it, but I did as I had worked all day and was hungry and didn't want to go home and cook. All the reasons we use fast food places, right? Fortunately, I'm not sick this morning
Per health dept. regulations, items like cooked chicken must be held with an internal minimum temp....160° or so? This was far below that standard.
Keep this up, this Jack's is going to harm someone.
I had good hopes for this location when it opened but it has proven to be consistently below the standards met at most other Jack's. This is the opinion of someone who has spent a lifetime in the working class, working low-paying jobs, and 30 years working in restaurants.

Initial service was prompt. Ordered food and got fairly quickly. Sit down and found that burgers were cold, too cold to even melt the cheese.
Went back to counter and stood there several minutes while at least 3 people sit in an office area and everyone else ignored us. Finally just threw food in the garbage and left. And such a shame as this is the nicest Jacks I have ever been in.
Will not be back.

So I went thru and got 3 regular meals, first off they forgot to give me all of my food. Second off none of my fries were filled up but half of the way and were completely cold.

The food is always good. If I have a big order breakfast or lunch or order has never been correct.

Never get my order right. I just cannot understand why. And if you do not check your bag of food before you leave you are almost guaranteed to have something wrong in your order, like chicken fingers you ordered are now whole pieces of chicken bone and all!
