I have been using H&R Block for 20+ years now and I'm very pleased with the service I receive every year. My tax professional, Janika Ford, has been a pleasure to work with the past few years. She's always very knowledgeable of all the latest changes and makes sure I understand every step. I feel very confident with her handling my tax needs.

This is the longest my taxes has took this my first an last year using h&r block. I always wanted to use them in the past an now i have worse mistake every. I go to mrs quen express taxes 21 days your refund will be here i wish i would of just went to her
