The workers are very rude. They be gossiping about everybody who comes in. They do not greet you at all it’s always “ Baby What you want “ . The manager ain’t no better than the workers she always rushing you to order. The fountain drink area is always nasty. They never have any pizza.

Me and my sister went in on Friday, march 3, 2023. We had eight sandwiches to order and two separate transactions. Customer services was very rude to us they were even laughing at us and we were ordering. They didn’t even welcome us like most do when you walk in. And then because the women were so rude to us they weren’t communicating with the guy who checked us out so he was confused. Overall, our experience was terrible I would not recommend it to anyone.

Food is always good, but if you lose the attitudes and smart remarks, you'll get more customers.

I would give this subway a zeroooooo if I can. Zero customer service , unfriendly, attitude. Both restrooms closed .

•I have been a witness to very bad customer service within this Subway
•As of 03/2023 I received great service from a group of black women and the food was on point. Great job subway Union springs, Alabama

This location does not take coupons, according to employees 10/5/22. They said their manager does not accept them at this location. Just a heads up for out-of-towners! Employees were nice though and were doing their jobs, and interior seemed clean.

I was SO impressed at how clean the store was! The meats and veggies were neatly placed in the containers. Everything looked so amazingly fresh! I received excellent Customer service!! I had a wonderful experience! Thanks!

I’ve been here several times in the past 4 months (July 2022 to October 2022) and there are still NO WORKING BATHROOMS AVAILABLE or any place inside to wash your hands before ordering or eating. If you even try to go in one of them to just wash your hands you get a NEGATIVE attitude from the employees. Several other people also complain of this. We will not go back to this Subway. Do the employees have a “special” bathroom (where do they “go”)?
