This is usually my favorite location. However, I waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes. I ordered a single gravy biscuit and bacon. When did you guys start adding soap in your gravy!! This was very disappointing. The first couple of bites, I thought it was just me. Nope, the gravy tasted just like someone put handsome in it. What a waist of time and money. And no I did not get a receipt, that's why the review is here.

I eat Jack's often from around the Shoals area and this location is by far my favorite. They're always so friendly and helpful. Not long ago I had ordered shakes for the whole family, but spilled them in my car and the lady in drive thru came outside with towels and a sanitary bucket and offered to help. I've never experienced such hospitality anywhere else. Side note: would just LOVE if the boneless wings were not seasonal lol

Upon taking my order (after others in front of me were driving off) for chicken I was not inform me that they were out of chicken . I agreed to wait. Told me 30 minutes to cook it. My words to her were ok ty I'll go to the other Jack's. Her reply was, with a nasty attitude "go ahead ". So I drove miles out of my way to get fried chicken.

I never leave bad reviews I know some days are just bad . But they have been sorely lacking in their food lately. Today the biscuits were under done and the gravy is like water. The grits have a weird taste to them and I know that may seam petty. My sprite is awful and I’m assuming that it’s because it needs to be refilled which could be no fault to them. I know they can do better.

Lunch yesterday, the girl at the drive thru wasn't very pleasant. Breakfast this morning, another unpleasant worker that forgot half our order as well as a receipt, so I couldn't even drive back and ask for the sandwich they didn't give us. There's another Jacks not too far that we'll try next time we're in town.

Very friendly staff. Ya may have a short wait to get your dine in order, but it's always hot and fresh. Any requests are fulfilled with a smile.

I love everything about this restaurant!!!The staff and management are really good people. Headquarters all the way down are the best people you could ever know. The food is great the hospitality is a 10. The place is always clean in the food is absolutely delicious.
