My husband and I stopped in this morning because we have been wanting to try Dan’s for a while now! The restaurant and restrooms were clean, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious! My husband wanted lunch and I wanted breakfast and we were pleased to see both options available. The portion sizes were good and we found the prices to be reasonable and less expensive than most other options in our area. The atmosphere was fun and we enjoyed the decor and music. Before we left, I got a milkshake to go and a T-shirt. We will definitely be back!!!

The servers were very friendly. Vest cute atmosphere. That being said we spent almost $30 and the food and there was not a lot of flavor to it and very small portions. We were the only ones in the restaurant besides one other table that already had their food and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. The bathroom was also dirty.

Very aesthetic and cute decor of a 50s diner. Food was small portions and subpar in flavor. Fun atmosphere and very nice staff.

Nice little Veteran-owned diner in downtown Summerdale, located between a barber shop and an attorney. I had a chicken salad croissant, and hubby had "the best Reuben he's had in a long time". Chef Dan even checked up on us to make sure we were satisfied. We will be back, for sure!

Our British car club meet for breakfast in this 50's themed dinner. It is a bright, cheerful and clean restaurant and I can highly recommend the corned beef hash and eggs.

My bacon cheeseburger was AMAZING! My wife’s Asian salad was great. Plenty of food options and ice cream. We love the 50s/60s styling. Pricing was ok for the quality and taste of food. Well worth it in my opinion. Staff is very friendly. We’re definitely coming back. We loved it! Thanks Dan!

Summerdale has needed a sandwich shop for the longest time. The wait is over! Dan’s Diner is a HUGE hit. They’ve got a terrific menu of sandwiches, wraps, salads and flatbread pizzas. I highly recommend the Reuben with pork rinds. We also enjoyed the “Big Kid” grilled cheese, the pimento cheese with pita chips and hummus dip. They have ice cream too.

You’ll love the ambiance. It has the feel of a 60’s diner. Great food. Friendly staff. You’ll keep coming back again and again.

This was our second time at Dan’s and we loved it! I had the burger with bacon and bacon jam and he had the kids pizza with ice cream for dessert. The staff is so friendly and the owner seems like such a nice guy. I hope this place is here for many many years to come. It’s so nice having a good lunch spot like this so close to home!
