I usually hate to give low reviews and idk how other Hardee’s are but this one in sumiton is really slow. Food is absolutely top tier for me I love the chicken tenders but you may have to sit in line for awhile or pull aside. The employees also seem a little annoyed or inconvenienced when taking orders because I went today with my grandmother asking for a 5.79 small cheeseburger combo and she ordered us a double one instead? It charged us more and when we tried showing a receipt for the same order the other day (7/10) but she just said she didn’t know about prices and shrugged us off :/ we later compared receipts to find out that she changed it to charge us on something else even after we tried correcting her. Again food is really amazing but not the best friendly atmosphere or customer service

Food is what you expect, but the ladies are killing it, working short staffed and having a friendly face and attitudes... I can wait 10 mins to get my food for good service

No matter what time of the day you visit its always 20 minute minimum at yhe drive thru, there is no excuse for not having enough help. Get off your wallet owner and hire more help these poor women and men work their butts off to make a living to feed their families while the owner probably drives a cadilac. Owner one day you will face God, dont be surprised if he turns you away. And dont say you cant get help, remember you get what you pay for.

Things keep srinking and not as flavorful..used to be the last holdout for flavor and size not anymore..SAD SAD.

If you are in a hurry......skip this place...... food is great
However, they apparently have to kill the cow out back before they prepare your hamburger..

Though we were the only ones in the drivethru, it took quite awhile to get our order. Back at the office breakroom, upon opening our meals, we found the buns to be wet and soggy. Little to no sauce. Soggy, oily lukewarm French fries. First time it's been like this at this location. Will continue going there, just not a good experience this time.

Last 2 times I went to this Hardee's has been horrible! On the food side fries and burgers Cold!! Don't believe I'll be going back anytime soon!
