The slowest company I have ever delt with. It has taken them a month to get the fiber ran probably 50 ft to the house and now it's going to take themthree weeks to hook it up in the house. Ridiculous that they don't have the manpower to assist customers in a decent time frame. They know they have a monopoly and are taking advantage of it!!! Sadly, customers have no other form of communication. There is no signal in the area.

The absolute worse co-op service I have ever been associated with. The power goes out here more than any other place I have ever lived. Good weather, rain, it doesn't matter.

Fantastic company if you're really hoping to have unreliable infrastructure... If you love having surprise candle lit dinners on clear evenings ... This may be the place for you. Otherwise avoid them at all costs. Worst electric company I have ever had.

This business is absolute trash. If I ran a company like this, I would be out of business. The service techs are the only component people, and their hands are tied by incompetent customer service. The second another company comes out this way, we are jumping ship. I don't care if it's 2x higher in price. I'm seriously considering doing Starlink when they move out here this year as well. Cannot wait to see this company collapse.

Pay for a service and they won’t help you with your issues. Customer service routinely disregards your issues and hangs up on you without resolving the problem, no matter how polite you are. Worst service imaginable.

We have been trying for over 3 months to get them to make us an appointment for wifi service. They say they have called. Me nore my wife have any miss calls from them! The lady's at the office are very rude and unhelpful! Wouldn't have to put up with this if we had other options! Never had this problem with Scottsboro power boad!

So far, I have contacted North Alabama Fiber on four separate occasions in an attempt to get my fiber internet fixed. After over three weeks and assurances that someone would contact me back within 24-48 hours, I have still yet to be contacted by anyone. Pay for a service, just to not have the service, but still be charged. I am disappointed with the absolute pitiful customer service I have received.

Unusable internet for almost a month. I call everyday but they say there is no update. William Selby told me he would do a deep dive into this but after one day he has not returned my calls or messages. This is the worst customer service ever!
