In out relatively fast although they should leave a little space on sides of load for strapping, it will shift without being cinched down tight, remember that. Right next to a Loves off interstate so real convenient also

Arrived 1030am for a 1pm appointment. Told appt was now 130pm. So I waited in a large staging area. Got a door at 115pm. Left at 545pm.

Disorganized. Didn't seem like people knew what they were supposed to be doing. My pallets (5k lbs total) were being assembled and loaded in real time. So load was not ready. It's ok to make me sit and wait I guess vs simply rescheduling to the next morning when the pallets are ready.

Missed my delivery for the next day, 700 miles away. Or maybe they expected me to drive all night. Not sure. Maybe hire a mule?

Friendly people. The thing is I don't need people to bake me a cake. Just load the truck, and quickly. That's it.

Currently work here great crew and bosses who support you, had an emergency with grandson and they all had my back thnx to my managers and crew,grandson was in a major wreck

I picked up a load from this place on 04/06/2022; it was absolutely a going back place. It all started from "Roma( the lady at the gate)". You know the feelings you get when you go somewhere and people welcome you as they couldn't wait to see you? You can imagine it. From there, the shipping office guys were the same. I was there for about 20 minutes. It made my day so quick and easy. I really loved this place and I hope everyone experiences the same.

I come here every week to pick up.
Very nice and polite folks...
Hemmy, Smitty, Tameaka, Jeff, and others are extremely helpful and help get you out asap.
Oh last but not least is Romae at the guard shack..
She is a ray of sunshine everyday.
Could not ask for a nicer set of folks to work with as a truck driver.

Receiving hours for today Wednesday was 4pm-10pm and drop
And hook supposed to be any open time...well they make up there own times cuz that's what the sign says and they surely wouldn't let me in to drop and hook...I guess they do it when they feel like it....George was the guy I talked to he said "it doesn't matter what the sign says I'm not letting you in" lol well ok
