We visited Rouses yesterday. I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff. The lady who helped us in the deli was really sweet. The young man who checked us out was friendly and very respectful. The store itself was clean and well-stocked. I enjoyed seeing all of the specialty items throughout. Overall great atmosphere here.

A decent Rouses. It's a former Bruno's location so it has a similar layout but the Rouses folks have done a good job making it their own. I don't think you'll find a better selection of Cajun/Creole/Louisiana-made goods anywhere else on the Eastern Shore, either. The location is pretty convenient to the bulk of the residential parts of Spanish Fort compared to the other grocery stores around. Be sure to sample some cake slices from the bakery, I think they're really good for a supermarket! Just be sure to check expiration dates. If this store is anything like the one in Gulf Shores, there are a lot of old products on the shelves!

Great prices & very friendly people work here. After I got my groceries I was walking out & then saw a birthday cake that looked like a hamburger!???? It was so cute that I bought it!

This was a very clean store .The food quality is great . I love the cashier who works on register 9. She always smiles so big and is so friendly . It’s nice to know that there are some people out there who work hard and take pride in their job .

I couldn’t find the wine section so I asked a couple of workers to point me in the direction and they told me they were off the clock. A little unprofessional considering I just needed a point or a one word answer. However once I found it I asked two more workers for guidance and they were super helpful and accommodating.

I like Rouses over the other 2 main grocers in my area because they have a good selection of things I like at reasonable prices.

What an absolute dump! Arrogant 20's something entitled female working as cashier .. too busy with "her" phone to check out paying customers, waiting for princess to finish. Like everything out of Louisiana, Rouses is seriously behind the times ... get auto checkout already and do away with these rude and condescending employees!
