This Popeye’s location is definitely under new management. It was like going to a brand new Popeyes.The food was hot , fresh, and delicious. The staff was very professional and attentive. I’m definitely going to start back going to this location ???????? Shorter Alabama

Having never eaten at a Popeyes and having seen the many TV ads, we decided to stop on our way to the beach. Sorry to say we were disappointed. The service was not helpful at all being further aggravated by a unreadable flashing digital menu screen. We thought we ordered chick strips, but received a 3-piece chicken dinner instead. Since we wanted to keep to our schedule, we decided to accept what was prepared. Whoa, too greasy and we thought this was going to be a cajun, spicy batter. Not so! In later looking at an online menu, it appears there is a choice, but our server did not ask. She seems more preoccupied with carrying on a conversation with her coworkers. Anyway, not a good experience and thus, we think we will stick to Bojangles from now on.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME FOOD!!!!! And the lady working the counter AND drive-thru at the same time was super friendly and made sure we had hot, fresh food. They were really under-staffed so we had to wait a little while on our food, but it well worth the wait!! Thank you SUPER WOMAN for the great service, amazing food, and good ol’ southern hospitality!!!

Never have chicken what’s a Popeyes with no chicken? Or the next excuse is we don’t have nobody to cook it. So what are you doing at work?? Place needs to workers.

Employee that took my order had a horrible attitude. She was mad at me because I ask her if the fish sandwich had spicy sauce,LOL. I hate doing reviews like this but the customer service is awful

The food was ok but the poor management had me in line for 30 minutes and I didn’t even get what I came for. The staff had the the ugliest attitude I had ever seen in a restaurant. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bad business it say open up at 10:00am but nobody taken your order and got you just sitting at the drive though and woman on the inside just sitting there looking at us ????????

Waited 20 mins in line and was told we had to still hold on before ordering. So my work partner went inside where he had to wait another 10 mins. I went next door to the Burger King where the drive in lady said I had to come inside to order
Food because she was too busy to take my order. Idk who owns these two locations but the service is a joke, and it wasn’t even the rush lunch hours. Fast food no longer exists unless its Chik fil-A I guess .
