I sat at the bar. The bartender, Ariel, was very nice and knowledgeable about the drinks and the menu. All of the waitresses made you feel welcome. Each time someone walked into the restaurant, they would welcome them and tell them that they could sit wherever they wanted to. I happened to be there during happy hour, and their appetizers were half price. I got fried mushrooms and corn nuggets, both were amazing.

First time at this Jeffersons and just like the rest it didn't disappoint. Excellent wings, food, service all around. Next time I'm in Scottsboro I'll be eating here again.

Food was excellent, especially the Philly cheese steak and fries! I'm not usually impressed with most fries but I just couldn't stop eating these. .The ranch is over the top! The fried pickles were great! The service was lacking. Maybe our server was having an off day or just couldn't hear over the music not sure what it was but we would definitely go back when in the area.

The last time my family dined in was a great experience. Tonight however was the worst. The server was not welcoming. Waited forever on refills. The lettuce tasted odd. Most of the time the ladies were standing around talking. One waiter with dark hair came and brought us the check she reached over in a rude attitude to pick up our plates. We won't be back for awhile.

E X C E L L E N T Food!!!!! I must say that the food at Jefferson's is truly excellent! However, my only complaint is the room temperature. During the summer months, it can become uncomfortably hot inside the restaurant. Surprisingly, the contrast is extreme as the bathrooms are freezing cold, almost as if all the AC is directed solely towards them. Despite this inconvenience, the quality of the food remains unmatched. Jefferson's excels in delivering scrumptious dishes that will leave you satisfied despite the temperature discomfort. We will return and recommend it as always!

On their Doordash page they have Sweet and Unsweetened tea listed as the same item and no way to chose between them. I called ask about this and the girl hungup on me before I could finish the question. Even if they aren't over the door dash page(which I still don't know) could've atleast said something about it. Good food, terrible customer service.

Good food, good service! This location is smaller than the others I've visited & definitely has more of a bar vibe than the others. We had an order of Oysters Rockefeller & an order of fried pickles as appetizers & for lunch, an order each of: hamburger w/fries, chicken tenders w/fries, chicken wings w/nachos & a guacamole chicken wrap with mac-n-cheese (cavatapi pasta!❤️). Jasmin was out server & did an excellent job!! We drove an hour and a half to meet with friends who drove the same distance, we were there forever & didn't feel (too) rushed. We will definitely return!

I love Jefferson's. We went for my father's birthday and everything was wonderful ????. Waitress was great ????????!
