I odeted off of the breakfast menu. Two sausage double croissant and a large hash brown. I received a sandwich with bacon and sausage another with one sausage patty. So I returned through the drive-thru the young man on the speaker doesn't seem to be able to understand what I'm saying to him so I drive up to the window hand him my receipt and my bag. He closes the window in my face. He and the manager start to have a conversation in which the young man starts to laugh uncontrollably. Definitely felt like it was at my expense they hand me the bag of food I go to leave the drive-thru and realize that they've not given me my large hash brown that I originally had so third trip to the Burger King I walk in the door and ask if I can have my hash brown. There was never a apology for messing the food up or anything. I am pretty easy-going when it comes to orders being messed up because I've done customer service all my life. However I was not well when I left this Burger King and am not sure that I will return. If you go through the drive-thru check your food make sure it's correct before you pull off.

Person with attitude in drive thru. Ordered a double bacon cheese burger. Got a Texas whatever with jalapeño instead. IM ALLERGIC TO HOT PEPPERS.
Called manager, while talking to person near me. Manager hung up on me thinking my venting to my friend was directed to her. Called back several times going unanswered since they were looking at caller ID.
Called from different phone and blasted back about how inappropriate it was to hang up on me since I was talking to someone else and not the manager that I was complaining to about the service and allergy concern.
NEVER WILL GO BACK.

Delicious and Fast… had impossible burger and fries.. Rocky was polite. Upbeat and just made me smile…. Will be back.. Went and had a nice picnic, perfect day.

If I could give zero stars, I would… went at 1 pm and ordered 16 nuggets and the small order or chicken fries and a whopper JR AND EVERYTHING was super old DISGUSTING… y’all need to get shut down..

Went there and had breakfast and used a coupon and ordered it as customized croissant with just bacon and Canadian ham they had to prepare that croissant three times that morning the food was good it was just took longer due to the errors in my food

Got the chicken sandwich and it was worth the money but nothing to brag about. Service was good and resturant was clean. Good for a quick bite

I got a highchair and went to wipe it down and it was so nasty. The wipe was pure black. Food could have been hotter
