Just left this restaurant. Walked in, was the only customer in there besides one other person that was waiting for food, or just hanging out. The gentleman behind the counter would not even look up and make eye contact with me. I stood underneath the order here sign for 5 minutes, then decided I would just go to a different restaurant. Not only was this a bad restaurant experience, out of all my restaurant experiences, it was definitely the most odd. To not even be acknowledged. To be standing 3 ft away from somebody in them intentionally, just ignoring you.

Here lately good service is hard to find. At Subway in Piedmont that's not the case. ALL the employees are sweet, funny, fast and accurate. Last night we arrived at 8:50PM. I forget Puedmont SHUTS DOWN at 9. Lol. I asked the fella working ,Daniel, if it was too late. He said no ma'am come on in. I said well I see on the sign you close in 10 minutes. I'm sure you've cleanup already. He said yes ma'am but we serve till we close. Please come in. Super sweet, fast. Thank you Daniel for not trying to get us to leave. Thank you for serving with a big heart and a smile. We had been working all day, was tired, and just wanted sweet onion chicken. Lol. Good job Subway hiring sweet people. Thanks again to Daniel. You rock fella.

Today when I went there was a girl out side smoking when she came and didn't wash here hands and started to touch food products lucky there was another girl who was making my food or I would have just left if you are going to work with food you need to wash your hands and the time before today when I went the Same girl was touching her phone and didn't clean them that time either

Most of the time you get good service here . No sub of the day deal at this location .

Just moved to this area and was looking up some where to eat. Found out this was the closest place I could stand to eat at. Got there right as they opened. The two ladies that were there where the sweetest people that I have ever met that worked at a subway. They talk to me like I was family and helped me with all my decisions. I will definitely be back. It was also one of the cleanest places I have seen.

Thru previous visit was good this last time we were there we were very disappointed I ordered four subs and when we got to the toppings the lettuce looked like it had been there for a week and the spinach was very wilted the tomatoes were even wilted looking , in other words I paid for subs that I could have made at home with nothing but meat and cheese, with all the listeria and other things going on how can subway try to push this off on people . Next time I will make my own at home and it will be a lot cheaper....
