The store is always clean. I am retired so I have been in the store very early and close to closing time, there is not any difference in the amount of product on the shelves. The employees are very friendly and very helpful. What ever hand held computer they are using is magic. They are capable of knowing exactly where ANY item is located. Great quality of the management.2 to 3 times a month I use the pickup service. I live 8 minutes from the store and don't feel the need to lock the doors or engage the alarm system because I KNOW I will be right back. My order is always ready, I have never been the only car in the pickup area. Thanks for hiring the wonderful crew. If I have a complaint it would be in the pharmacy .#1 if I am picking up medicine I don't feel good and I don't have time for them to complete their personal conversations to do their work. When I have a question about the refill time line, they act like they are not knowable enough to read the screen. I carry a list of my medications, I continue to use my list because they don't know the generic name or the brand name, they try to be friendly but they just have a glazed look on their face. Please hire more employees, you have 2 drive-thru station and it feels like there is only 1/2 of a person working the window.

Bring back the real cashiers & do away with self-service. I prefer Publix because I don't get paid to do a cashier's job. Otherwise, it's a decent place to shop.

Won't accept gold dollar coins or silver dollars, had to go to bank and exchange. Decided since store manager had a ugly attitude that I'd take my business to the 280 hwy walmart. They need to start understanding that it's life vs death and diabetics need their insulin.

Usually I don’t mind anything but when it comes to self checkout and the cashiers it drives me crazy. The cashiers over do their job especially when it comes to watching you 24/7. If you’re going to sit there and accuse my mom of stealing then wth is the point of self checkout.

I went to this store for the first time since the renovation. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well stocked. The staff were friendly and very helpful. A fully charged scooter was available for use also.

This store has a wide assortment of items usually in stock.

Pet food, paper products, pharmacy, protein and pwo supplements, shampoo, nail polish and tech, baby food, birthday cards, walking canes, and wine. Limited hardware section.

They do have a deli. Hot and ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken, Nathan's hotdogs, popcorn chicken, sometimes ribs.

Good variety of frozen vegetables. Frozen international microwave dinners like Deep Indian tikka masala, Asian dumplings. Good variety of frozen seafood. Needs more variety of frozen fruit. Haven't seen dragonfruit.

They frequently run out of mountain dew(regular) and diet dr pepper 6pk bottles. Sometimes bulk produce gets ugly before new stock arrives.

Due to policy changes, personality of employees has almost no relevance, so i can't really say if they have good customer service here. I do feel like they stare at me as I fumble with items trying to locate the barcode while i check out my own items.

Needs to have friendlier workers; they watch you as you check out your items and then have someone at the door but usually does not check your items

The staff are always friendly. But almost every week the prices are going up. Because of that several items don't have labels with the costs. You get your surprise when you get to the register.
