Not sure if anyone from Dollar General reads these reviews or cares. This store is in need to new leadership. I arrived at the store a few minutes after 7:00 am, there were no employee visible in the store. After getting what I needed I went to self check out (remember no employees visible) and self check out was not open. Then I proceed to go through the store asking for help and finally an employee comes out saying(the first thing I do when I get to work is go to the bathroom) and he then proceeds to setup the cashier stations. Also this store is always a mess.

The night shift at this location is awesome! They have terrific customer service skills and their friendly banter makes you feel so welcomed. Everything on my shopping list was in stock and I didn't have to wait in line long at all. Great team, great store! I highly recommend shopping at this Dollar General.

A little more organized than most Dollar generals.
The clerk was friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. it was nice to actually have someone at the cash register instead of having to wait for somebody who's working on stocking somewhere else in the store.

Dollar General needs to seriously work on that!

If I could put a zero I would. The employees are horrible. They do not even help each other. And when they do they seem to have a problem with it. When a teammate/store(DG) is struggling, especially when you see its 10 people in line with 1 cashier open who moves like a turtle. It's very frustrating when you have to go in there everyday. It was so bad yesterday that I just left the items where I was and left to the DG in alabaster. Which I was in and out in 5 mins with people in line. Also people left pelham DG right after I did.

The lady working at the checkout is definitely not getting the "attitude of the year" award. If a customer asking you a simple, common, and very relevant question irritates you that bad then you probably don't need to have a job as an employee who literally is there to assist customers with questions! I'M JUST SAYING!

The line was up the aisle with only one cashier working. We just went in for chocolates and we're not going to stand in line for twenty minutes. Also, one of the cashiers there is always rude to us.

Dollar general always has the stuff my wife forgets at the regular discount retailers. Its fast in and out which I enjoy. Always well stocked and cashier was friendly with a smile.

Yes. I agree with Drew. MS Frances and MS Ann. Those ladies are the reason I spend my money at DG. I have known the both of them for 7 years. I'd rather shop at DG over Wal-Mart any day. I will rather wait to see my girls. They inspire me. Christmas will be beautiful for my two ladies.
