I'm from Kansas, so I've only had Internet experience with them, but I've had nothing but good dealings with them. Ships super fast, customer service is awesome if ya have an issue...... Highly recommend

Just bought a case knife at this location, the man behind the counter was rude when I tried to explain what type of case knife and color I was looking for, as I did not really know the color / style, instead of trying to be helpful he was being Condecending which made me feel stupid.

I would not recommend buying from this location.
I would never buy from him again, save the headache and buy online.

Great buying experience! Had to make a large ($900) Christmas rush order and got great service- fast shipping and first quality knives! I had 11 knives- closely inspected each and they were all perfect without spot or scratch! I will definitely be recommending these folks and will order sooner next year!

I have passed this store for years and always wanted to stop. Well I should have not wasted my time. I needed a small knife to replace one that had been lost. Good selection of knives but very rude person. He stated, “there’s been some weirdos in here but none as weird as you.”
Store is not handicap friendly and Cluttered.
Not impressed with the person working there. I assume it could have been the owner for if someone as rude as that should be fired.
One star because I like case knives. The business itself, zero stars from my experience. Will not shop again.

Drove an hour and half to get to this place to find it is not open!! There website and Google page said they were open on Saturdays from 8-4 arrived at nine to find it closed. Left message on Facebook page with no answer! Really don't think these guys are representing case knives properly with misinformation on there website. Oh well so much for helping out a small business in rural bama. Now I know why I order from the Internet.
