Everything was absolutely phenomenal! Our waitress was Brandy and she was so sweet and welcoming! She really made sure to take amazing over the top care of us! All of the food was cooked perfectly and the drinks were fantastic! We’ll definitely be back- we haven’t stopped raving since we left 4 hours ago! Already looking forward to our next visit! Thanks so much Brandy!!

They have definitely gone up on prices, just like everywhere else, and gone down on the quality of food. The flounder used to be thick and fluffy, but now it's very thin, and mostly crust, instead of fish. The cheddar biscuits are half the size they used to be. Check out my photos, and you will see what I mean. They still have "Endless Shrimp" for $20., So that's still a good deal. But, I've always ordered the fried flounder, but I am no longer interested in Red Lobster's flounder, and disappointed in their famous biscuits now. I was truly disappointed. And, like everywhere else, they do not have enough servers, so you have to wait longer than usual for everything. Our server was very friendly and apologized, but it wasn't her fault, it was Red Lobster's fault. We got seated right away, because we got there as soon as they opened on Sunday at 11, but as others came in, they had long waits, although there were plenty of tables empty. Just not enough help....I probably won't go back to this Red Lobster, although it's been my go to, for many years. I will just wait and try a different one, and see if it's any better.

Positive first…the manager was nice when we saw her. We didn’t really start on a positive note. We were seated and waited at least 5+ minutes to even get ackdged. Had several waiters walk past with any acknowledgment and one that I’m sure was a manager. He did walk by again, have a confused look, and came back a little later and asked if our waiter had been by. By the time we had drinks and our order taken we had been waiting at least ten minutes…still have not seen our server. By the time she did get there, she seemed less than happy to be there. Food was ok, except for the hair I had wrapped around the shrimp skewer. Definitely not worth the price or the wait. It is safe to say, I will not be back to visit this Red Lobster.

Our waitress BRANDY was AMAZING !!!! She is also the bartender and she was handling everything wonderfully. Our drink were never empty and our food kept coming with the endless shrimp. Definitely coming back here and asking for Brandy again !!!!

We Sar down in a back room that was very dark and the tables were sticky. Our waitress would not refill our drinks. I asked two different waitresses for efills but never got them. I finally found a pitcher at a server stand and refilled our drinks myself. The fish was horrible. It tasted freezer burned. I could have gotten better food at a cheaper price at Captain D's.

Enjoyed my food, until I got into my car and saw one of the cooks going for a smoke break on the side of the building ...in the same apron and gloves used to cook our food. Then returns still smoking until about 5 feet away from the door, opens the door with the gloves as well! I'm sure that is not something serv safe taught and is definitely not food safe. I also called to talked to a manager and was hung up on.

Me and my Family dined here on Saturday July 1st 2023 for my Grandmother’s 80th Birthday. We had around 15 People so it was a large group. I wish I could recall our Servers Name but I’m not good with remembering Names. She was EXCELLENT! She went above and beyond to make our night awesome. The Food was perfect as well. Thank you so much for the awesome service and giving us a memorable night!

My wife and I went there for the first time for an anniversary dinner, total waste of $100, the two lobster tails were tasteless, white rubber, the "butter" dipping cup had some clear oil in it and was also tasteless. My wife's steak gave her the runs. We will never go to a Red Lobster again and tell everyone we know not to go. Waitress was nice and apologized, said that she's had several complaints on the food.
