Came in for quick lunch. Asked if we were getting to go or dinning in, we told them eating here. Bagged our stuff up when ready, food was not right- which was correct on the receipt, sweet tea was super sweet, fries cold. Get an attitude with staff and eye rolls. No matter the job one has, you should always do your very best and show some pride in your work.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the world. After ordering to double fillet of fish meals neither one were double even though as you can see from the picture the labels on them clearly state double. As you can see from the other picture the fries are burnt and hard And nasty. When I called the manager and ask for her name she flat out told me it was none of my business.

They take forever to do anything and you can guarantee guarantee your order is going to be messed up every time. No sing of good management anywhere. I don’t understand how they still have business. We were in the drive thru waiting while 5 other cars went in front of us.

The food was fresh but wasn't hot or even warm. Cahier in training so was familiar enough to complete order in a timely manner. The employee was really nice.

Foods amazing, service, not the best, atmoshpere is horrible, just pizza hut, a old dollar genral and taco bell in your face also a peek of the local curch and some bushes, ALOT OF TREES. So that legit the atmosphere there. Very boring. If you go to oneonta as much as i do.

Congratulations on your 97 A Health and Food Inspection (one of the highest in the area). This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been in (see photos). The restroom was as clean as the dining area. Ms Francis was training a new employee and demonstrated patience with a demeanor that all trainers should emulate.

Walked in with my 7 year old for just a quick snack because we had missed lunch and I was running late for apt. No one greeted us instead the lady on front even though nice seemed confused and lacked proper training. The lady informed me she didn’t have her own register so could I wait?? Another lady walked by and she ask if she could get her signed on to her own register and she quickly did and walked off! I proceeded to order and use led the app to redeem points. I ordered a regular hamburger, large drink & medium fry (free on app on Friday’s) with $1 purchase. What I was charged for was a large drink & large fry! No hamburger on receipt. I quickly informed the cashier and again was ask to hold while she got someone to help, a young man came up refunded me and rang up my order again. We are now waiting on a regular hamburger & medium fry with that being the only order on front line. Now at this point several people approach the confused cashier and began to order with all the orders being messed up. How do I know I’m still waiting on a hamburger (1) & fry (1) all of these people get there orders and I’m still waiting. I finally ask a cook who notices I’ve been waiting awhile and she tries to tell someone in drive thru to help me. Now 2 others look at the screen and try to figure out where my order none knows. Finally I’m told they are waiting on fries. Another 5 minutes and I’m out with a free pie lol. 15 mins for a hamburger , drink and fry! Was this a long review ? heck yeah and was even a longer wait with a small child running around hungry. This restaurant was not under staffed instead lacked proper training! I will say that this is the cleanest McDonald’s i visit! I hope that a GM reads this article and feels as confused as I did on my visit and corrects and properly trains it’s staff! Oneonta location at 3pm Friday the 31st

This is the second time I have went through the Drive-thru and ordered a big Mac with no cheese and get home and there's cheese on it. Therefore I only get to eat half of it because the cheese is on bottom and melted. And it even says on both tickets no cheese.
