Food was hot and fresh. Bought a bunch of chicken tenders. Fresh and too hot to eat. Had to let them cool down.
Sauces were good too.
Best milkshakes in town.
Clean dining room and bathroom.

The best around for southern style breakfast. If you are from out of state, you should try Jacks ... great chicken and burgers, try their green beans and tasty fries. Real ice crean and shakes. Nice sitting area with TV, fireplace and chess table.

Friendly staff, food was made quick and to order, the place was clean and looked like it had gotten a recent remodel. Good good location with easy access off of the road in two directions. Recommended!

Food was horrible! Eggs were watery, hasbrowns were old, gravy was yuck! Jack's USED to be good fast food, NOT NOW! BRING THE SAUSAGE GRAVY BACK!!! Will not be back! Sad, cause it's the only fast food near here!????

Service: subpar.
Employees: rude.
I completely understand why the residents of Ohatchee dislike this location. I would rather drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction towards Lincoln just to have better service and food. The employees at this location really need a lesson in customer service.

We’ve all had that 8 am fries craving and after stopping at multiple areas and coming up empty handed, Jack’s was my last hope. I pulled in and ordered a biscuit and asked as a last ditch effort if they served fries in the morning. The people let us know they could cook some up for us within 2-3 minutes if we wanted to wait. Absolutely exceptional and made my morning ????

Jacks tasted great tonight! Biscuit was soft and hot, sweet tea tasted sweet and fresh, y'all did a wonderful job, thanks Kim and the jacks family!!!
