Wanted a new one before I leave for Bahamas on vacation this week and couldn’t find another in stores. Went directly to their site and ordered a new one, but shipping time said 5-7 days, which would have been after I’m leaving for vacation.
Sent an email to customer service and heard back from them almost immediately saying they would get it to me in 2 days, which they did!!
Exceptional quality and exceptional customer service!!!!!!!????

1. Their products are a wonderful value - high quality at extremely reasonable prices.
2. I can't recall the last time I received such amazing service. I had a question about stock status and sent a message via their web site messaging tool. I was delighted to have received a fast, personal response, after which I placed an order. The shipping was lightning fast - I got my order in just a couple of days.
One of the hats I ordered did not fit, and I had some other concerns, so I contacted the company about a return and the other issues. I received an almost instant response, and a very satisfactory resolution. Their responsiveness and communication are stellar.
In short, I whole-heartedly recommend this company. They operate according to values not seen in this country in decades. I look forward to a long and positiive relationship with Turner Hat Company.
