There was a really professional African American guy that waited on me at the drive-through and was so polite. Taco Bell needs to really take this review to heart. I'm from out of state and I was really impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. If he has friends that are like him taco Bell needs to hire them because this establishment needs employees such as him. I didn't see his name but like I said he was a very professional person .

The manager was very disrespectful and ignorant. started screaming at me over a simple question. Will visit at this location ever again. And still got my order wrong after everything. Will never recommend to anyone

We had came from a surgery at a hospital in Huntsville. We were tired and hungry and we stopped in at your store.
It was going to dine in. We were not greeted when we came, and we ordered a food. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food. Because they were more concerned about the people who was in the drive through. There was a person that was cleaning up the dining room. And he seemed like he didn't want ???? Us in there so so we left.
Recommend to nobody.

Ordered SEVERAL soft tacos ????for family quick meal. Take out. ????By the time it was driven home (8 minute drive), the seat????was dripping????☔???????? with nasty liquid from the "meat" which had soaked through the tortilla wrap, the paper wrappers, AND the bag!! ???????? It was beyond disgusting & had the seats been any kind of fabric, they would've been ruined!! ???????? Needless to say, they were tossed straight into the garbage!????????

I wish I could rate this place a zero honestly. I wouldn’t even call it service I received. The guy working the window literally said zero words to me. Definitely worth your drive to Decatur.

This was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had in a Taco Bell in years!
The lobby and dining area was spotless, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was made perfectly! Great temperature and properly wrapped burritos! I was very impressed and even talked with the manager on duty about this visit. Thank you guys!

But WOW the bathroom design was crazy! Everything was clean, but the one wall with the ceazy tile...wow doesn't cover it! Haha! Thans again guys! Iob well done!

Our food was being made while ordering and cashier was making mistakes. I appreciate the quickness but I think it would be best if the order was complete before you start.

Ordered a bacon club chalupa and got a rock instead. The actual chalupa bread was so stale and hard I was unable to bite into it. If you eat here, I'd call an ambulance immediately because you are most likely going to get some sort of incurable poisoning by the time you take your first bite. Horrific experience.
