Somehow the only decent thing is the food. Half the staff weren't even inside, it took 20 minutes (yes, we counted) once we got to the second window to get our food. Waited 20 to order as well. The woman taking our order was yelling at 3 different people throughout the entire order and didn't seem to be trained in the slightest.

My burger tasted like someone had wiped ketchup off of it. Everything else was fine. Mediocre at best.

The managers attitude was horrible.
I asked for our cups while we waited on our food- she rolled her eyes at me as if it was an inconvenience.

Then, bc there was no sweet tea in the lobby, I asked a different lady if she could get me sweet tea and sweet and sour sauce.

The same manager who rolled her eyes at me mocked what I requested to her employees on the line.

Final straw for me- when I was only given 2 sweet n sours for my family of four - they gave me attitude for that- so I had send each family member up to get there own sauces.
Horrible service- there might only be one or two good ones there- but being lead by a prejudice leader - will change them soon too.

Not appreciated!!!

I’ve never had such a bad experience with Any restaurant before!
Ordered 2 Big Macs extra pickles and got 2 cold burgers with NO PATTIES!
I had drove off by the time I noticed it!
It took me 10+min to get to an exit so that I could return to the McDonalds
Waisted 20 min coming back and telling them what happened they took my bag back with the cold burgers
Idk if they reusing them and just adding Pattie’s!
This is the worst experience of all time!

The only saving grace for my experience here today was that my meal was hot and fresh which was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service was not great and the facility was quite dirty. The person at the register couldn't care less if I was there. Seemed to angry at the world. The restaurant had debris everywhere tables dirty floors were wet and the bathrooms were dirty.

I typically refrain from writing reviews, but the amount of unprofessionalism and ghetto behavior witnessed was unfortunate and appalling. My husband and I stopped by this location around 10:30am, on Sunday, July 2nd, ordering just a sausage mcgriddle w/ cheese, and hash browns. The young lady behind the register taking orders seemed to be very new, but sweet. While the new young lady had a lot of questions because she was new, the supervisor and another heavier-set woman, and a taller heavier-set man were standing around talking instead of helping to prepare food for the long line of customers. Many waiting customers also witnessed these same individuals standing around doing nothing. Please note that there weren't any technical/systems issues occurring during this time. I must say that the supervisor/manager's attitude, and her tone in which she spoke to customers was absolutely abhorrent and unbelievable!! I'm not sure that retraining will suffice, because the issues concerning this employee supervisor cannot be addressed by retraining. The way she engaged customers, was rude and with an attitude as if, they were wasting her time. She needs to be terminated, and replaced with a much more qualified capable candidate. Order 232.

Absolutely horrific location. Do NOT go there. Service was abhorrent. Despite only 2 customers in building and drive thru, all employees were too busy socializing to clean any of the 12 dirty tables, the completely disgusting bathrooms or to MAKE the food that was ordered. They ignored customers (literally just staring at us and another customer and deciding they were not going to talk to us to take order or see what we needed). They literally refused to make a customer's food without telling her, so after almost 20 minutes she had to fight for her money back to leave and go elsewhere. Do NOT go!!

The wait was unusually long. We ordered chicken nuggets, and there were several that were partially cooked with pinkish bare old looking nuggets. I've never seen nuggets look so weird before. We also asked for hot mustard dipping sauce, and 2 of them were rotten. One was visibly opened and rotted, and the other one was smashed and gross. They put them in the bag, looking like that. I was afraid to even feed the nuggets to my dogs. I regret not taking pics.

The people working tonight had the worst attitudes. We could barely understand her through the speaker because she was talking like she was sleeping. Then we asked at the window if they heard we wanted the burger plain. She shook her head no and just stared and waited until we said we need it plain. She shut the window, rolled her eyes, and then spoke to a coworker who then looked at us with an annoyed face and rolled her eyes. Sorry you had to do your job and remake a happy meal, but there's no need to be rude af.
