Just left stood there waiting with my family to get two foot-longs we stood for 6 mins waiting on someone she came in from the back seen us decided not to tell us they was not making sandwiches but they have the open sign on and everything still out and website says there open we go to the store go back figuring hey she will make it no still stares at us lady from store next door comes over tells her she has customers she whispering to her then come out and rudely says we are not making sandwiches

I wanted to share what a great experience we had a subway last night ( 2/14/23 between 5:27 -5:38). The gentleman who served us was amazing, personable, helpful, and down to earth guy. He laughed when joked on my fiancé. The joke was funny and but, in the past not all people who have heard it laughed with us. As for the food, they did not have what I originally wanted as it was the end of a busy week and they ran out. I have worked in this service industry and I understand that this happens. Being in a small town it's hard to gauge when you'll be busy.Mostvpf the time you are on a struct budget as well m.Sometimes especially at the end of the week you run out of your most popular items but that's not through anyone's fault in particular it just happens. Not all people would understand this and they would take it out on the person who serves them. This is not the reason for my review, rather I write this in hopes that people will gain some insight and be a little more understanding should they have the same experience. Regardless, this was not an issue for me I just simply chose another item. It has been years since I have been to a Subway but the food was just as good and fresh as I remember. The service was absolutely superb and this was all Thanks to Garrett or Garrick( I believe his name was.) He is the reason I write this review. I believe when you have a good experience that you should share it with others.
I hope that he reads this and it makes his Day. Also, I want Subway and his boss is to know what a class act they have in him. He needs a raise and some praise. Much thanks to you Garrett/Garrick for making our experience so delightful!

Love this place. Might not be going there anymore. the young men were trying to take care of business with one woman.. when another female employee came in and pulled her bi##ch card. She was in front of me and Ordered. Then when they finished her ordered another ???? while customers were waiting. One order ok. But then ordered 2 more sandwiches. That's when I had enough. I flat out told her she was a restaurant nightmare. The red head responded she knew that she was high maintenance. I waited in my car so I wouldn't say something I would regret. The guys working don't have the power to call her out, but I will. Didn't get my receipt but next time she's working I'm not ordering..just rude..rude!!@

With our options of places to eat in Lillian being limited we’ve become regulars at this store and Tanya always makes our visit enjoyable. Keep her around and I’ll keep coming back!
