Grocery pickup was a nightmare. pickup time was 8:00-9:00 and I got the message that my order was ready for pickup. I got there and called the number to pickup over 15 times with no answer. Finally had to go in and get checked in. (I was unable to check in on the app) Currently still waiting at 8:55 for my groceries. I could have done my shopping myself and been home in this length of time. Absolutely ridiculous. DO BETTER JASPER WALMART!!

It was a nice, clean, well stocked store. The lady monitoring the self checkout was very helpful. I had to have her help a couple of times and she was very patient and showed no frustration. There was a worker walking in the aisle between a couple of departments and I asked about the location of printer ink and she did seem put off by me and simply stated, "It's with the printers." It was my 1st time in that store or my 1st time in years and years. The lady in the electronics department was very helpful however in finding the ink.

Been sitting here in the lot waiting for a pickup order for over an hour and 15 minutes. They have two employees working and both are doing one order at a time. The orders are sitting outside in the parking lot without refrigeration. This is absolutely the worst pickup experience ever. It’s like bee is and butthead are working the location.

Total joke show, criminal ran. Ogp is a cesspool, expect a fugitive delivering your groceries, or stealing them. Rude, stuck up - absolute chaos. Needs more than a overhaul, and deep clean.

I bought four tires at this store and had them mount them. I asked the worker to please replace my original valve stem covers that came from the factory as they are the ones paired with the air pressure sensors to work correctly, and the last time I brought a vehicle to have tires put on at a Walmart (not this one) they stole them and put the cheapest plastic ones in their place. It took them almost 5 hours to mount 4 tires and made me run late for work so I had no choice but to decline any warranty on my new tires as they said they would have to start the whole process over at the register. I left in a hurry and when I looked at my wheels later that day I learned that they did the very same thing! They stole my valve stem covers after I asked them not to. Now I have to figure out how many hundreds of dollars I would have to pay to have my tire pressure sensors working properly again if I want this feature back. Save money? How?! When you fail to realize that the tire pressure system in modern vehicles require all of the parts they come with to work properly, you are doing a lot of damage to peoples vehicles when you steal their property like this. Would it matter if I called this store to complain? You bet it would not! I’m out of HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS because of this store.

They are redoing the floors and moving merchandise around differently . The store looks so much better. I just don't like the self check out machines. I know I'm old school but why do they not trust you after you self check out so they stop you at door to go thru your ticket again. Now if they would have checked you out to start with you would not have to check my buggy . Also I have been to the Northport Walmart about 4 times in about a week and a half and twice they were out of buggies inside. I had to go back out and get a buggy twice. I'm handicapped but I guess that's good for the stores no cashier's and no buggies. Now my wife will self check out for me but if no cashier's I just leave my buggy where I am and get in my car and go to somewhere else. I would rather burn gas and just start over.

Love to go to wal mart! You see people you have not seen in a long time.
But we are here to shop.
The shelves are stocked better than earlier trips and the store is full of people.

No one here knows how to do their job. The grocery pick up is a joke and when you go inside to get your groceries you have to fight off the workers that walk the aisles picking up said groceries. Not to mention you might not be able to purchase a few things off the shelves because they stock things before they are entered into the system. If you value your time, shop elsewhere.
