Yes a very nice starbucks. I like the setup of tables and chairs. Also some 110v outlets so a nice place to hang out or work

I stop here most mornings not only for my iced coffee, but to see all the lovely smiling faces! Arlene, and her crew are awesome people and sure to put a smile on your face!! This Starbucks is the best one I've been to. I stop by every morning I go to work. I love the people l, they are always so friendly and my coffee and food is always ready when I get there. I order on the app. Again, the people who work here and the atmosphere every time I walk in, always puts me in a great mood. 10/10.

Cashier was great. Kolby got the order right. Employee making the coffee skipped my order and made us wait along tme. Manager corrected him and gave me a gift card for having to wait. Coffee was great once I got it.

Our first outing since Covid. Very clean and the service was great. The gentleman at the register was very helpful. I wish I could remember his name but he had a nose ring and beautiful eyes. This stop was a breath of fresh air.

If you need a ray of sunshine to accompany your coffee fix, go see these ladies! They have “southern hospitality” down pat - made me feel like a regular this morning, even though we were just passing through. Clean store, great people.

It doesn't seems they get any training.
This pic is a drink that I haven't even had a one sip. I gave another drink to my friend and he said his one was more less than this.

Not only this issue.

I ordered two holiday season drinks to get red reusable cup. She gave me only one so I asked isn't that per season drinks. She said no. I searched and showed her googling result. It seems like she just started working so she didn't know anything. She asked older lady and she said 'Google says like that but I was told to give one per total order.'. Suddenly one other guy(seems like manager) came and said 'just give her one more' to the woman who was taking my order.
He spoke as if he were dealing with a nuisance.

So what is the policy for those two things?
Do you guys even have the policy for that?
Or just don't care to training your employees?

This two star is mainly for the cleanliness, or lack thereof. To be a newer Starbucks, it seemed quite dirty. Bathrooms extra dirty with no tissue, soap or seat covers. Urine-covered toilets were disgusting.
