When I walked in there was about 6 people standing there waiting on their orders the people working in kitchen were less than motivated when it comes to trying to make the orders they were too busy to talk to each other I waited over 15 minutes almost 20 to get one of the specials they had.
After paying and waiting for almost 20 minutes from my order I left with my order got into the car got app about 5 miles down the road realized they gave me somebody else's order which wasn't even what I asked for did not feel like turning around and going back waiting another 15 minutes This was around 2:30 in the afternoon The only person that seemed like they were trying their best was the person that I'm assuming was the manager or shift manager she was running around trying to take care of everybody's orders while the other people were walking around like zombies Several people were upset said they've been waiting for over 30 minutes for their orders I'm just assuming that it's because a lot of the younger people there didn't wantna work or do their jobs it seems to be the status quo nowadays sad that cost jacks is a place i'd like to eat at. The manager there looked like she was stressed beyond belief but still did her job and was trying to be nice to everybody even the people that were trying to be rude toward her. I think the crew that works under really needs a pep talk.

I work there, so, my opinion is a little biased, but, I really love my coworkers and I am very impressed with the way Jack's operates. The staff is friendly, the food is well prepared and cared for properly, and rarely is there more than a few minutes wait time.

The restaurant is always clean...The food is hot and good...The drive-through staff needs a little work on the attitude...The sweetest person is Kim...

The place stinks of mold, the bun was hard, my coworker ordered no tomato it had not only a hard crusty bun but had tomatoes. I wouldn't even leave a review but this place needs help. Currently the drink dispenser is leaking all in the floor.

Whoever ran the drive thru has, two days in a row, rang my order up wrong and apparently doesn’t know the difference between sausage and bacon.

Man i eat at jacks but this spot. Chicken was dry ..flys everywhere..not a clean restaurant..and the food wasnt right..never eat here again managers was in the office gossiping
