Will load early. Need to call first and press three easy in and out within 30 minutes. People nice and friendly. No restrooms or overnight parking

I've called 6 times to get info on a defective part (on my 9 month old unit). Each time I'm told I'll hear back from someone that afternoon or the next day. This has been going on for almost 4 weeks. Worst customer service ever. If I can ever get this part, it will be the last dollar Hessaire ever sees from me.

I have a 1 year old portable cooler from hessaire. Fan motor went out and the company has not gotten back to me in 2 weeks after multiple emails, so I can't get it waranteed. So much for American made quality or any kind of respectable customer service.

Purchased a 61m 3 weeks ago. Started spraying water everywhere. Called customer service they told me they are often defective. I asked why they sell them then and she said people just returned them. She also suggested i fix it with a paperclip. Do not waste your money return shipping costs more that the unit. Total scam.
