I'm not going to say the lady who took my order (in store) had an attitude; it's better described as she wasn't warm or customer focused.

The food was prepared in a decent amount of time, but the hashbrowns were on the cooler side of warm. The Coke Zero was running low on the syrup. Other than that the food was fine.

The thing that concerned me was that an employee, who was at a food station in the kitchen, was eating in plain view from the dining area while standing at her station....then she flung something from her eating utensil onto the floor.

2 stars are because the young lady in the drive through gave exemplary service. Otherwise there would be less. I ordered chicken tender meal, and hot dog kid meals. I was parked. So I figured, eh no big deal, the food will probably be fresh. Wrong. My tenders were cold. And near burnt. The hot dogs I received looked awful. Old and dried out and just generally gross. Would you feed what was in the pictures to your kid?? Nah, me either. So if none of my food was fresh...why was I parked to wait?? Will not be returning here, however i hope they make the Drive through person a trainer, she was super sweet.

Food was ok but the kitchen staff was talking so loud the whole time we were eating it was weird. We were just wishing they would hold it down so we could eat in peace

Great Location & A Much Needed Early Morning Breakfast Stop On Hwy 431, In Headland, AL. Ms. Kimbonita, Is A Awesome Mgr./Employee. She Was Very Friendly, Efficient, Helpful & Professional. The Food & Coffee Were HOT, FRESH & DELICIOUS! If I Could Give 100*'s I Would. Thank-You! awesome..Awesome..AWESOME JOB!!

Don't sleep on Hardee's yall. Their burgers are the best when it comes to fast food. Service is a a little slow because they take their time to put their foot in it to add a little pizzazz (it's a good expression)!

Service is bad if you have the wrong order take it back immediately with the receipt and food they will not refund you your money with the receipt only . Need better customer service.

Staff is so pissy so if you in a great mood or at least some what I suggest you go somewhere else if you want to stay happy ????
