Check-in and staging with overnight parking is actually at
10483 US-431, Albertville, AL 35950. Go there first.

Alabama Truck Wash is next door! Closed on Sundays.

See my review about that location.

The actual loading facility was easy to find. Both Google Maps and my Rand-McNally GPS took me directly to the facility.

The maneuvering was not as bad as expected based on other reviews. Perhaps they made some changes.

I'm giving them 3 stars because it 4 hours and 47 minutes after my appointment time before they called me to come to the plant to stage into a dock for loading.

Appointment was scheduled for Monday 10/10/22 @ 6:00am but I arrived a day early on Sunday 10/09/22 around 4:00pm.

They went on and took my load that day ???????????????? I didn't have to wait until Monday. So of course I was super excited ???? and it only took them exactly 45min to unload all that chicken ????

Great experience I had

Do not come to this address first if you are loading. Instead go to 10483 US Highway 431. Albertville, AL 2.3 miles from farm fresh ( look for the HHE automotive sign ) that’s where you will turn in Upon entrance there’s a carport where you will check in. Google maps will take you right to the lot

There’s a truck wash 3 miles down the road for a wash out.

I was called to the door quickly and loaded within 30 mins.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
If I could give a Negative 10, I would. Arrived 2 hours before appt. time. Waited 38 hours and load Never took place. They make you park in a gravel yard 2 miles from plant. No food nearby and a dirty porta potty. Terrible place to go to. My Favorite Team! WHOEVER PLAYS ALABAMA!!!

Very fast loading ( almost 40 minutes) just make sure broker of load telling you truth about pickup time . They have different yard that you can park and wait for your load . Need to wash before going .

Checked in at 08:15, sent me straight over to the docks, was unloaded in 45 minutes, after unloading paid them $20 for a washout. Everyone was polite and courteous.

So far I've been sitting here for 5 hours and 46 minutes and still waiting on the call. Lady @ the check in window is not a bit helpful. Appointment time was 11:00 am I arrived at 10::00 am it's now 16:48 I've asked the lady if she could check and see how much longer it's going to be because I'm supposed to pickup in Gainesville GA. @ 21:00 tonight. Her reply was that's not my problem just wait in your truck till they call you!

Always like coming here check in at the dirt lot 5 miles down the road. The address is in other posts on here. They give you a call when ready to load. Had a 1700 app arrived at 1650 was in a door by 1730 and out with paperwork by 1800 can also take a 10hr brk on the dirt lot.
