This store was extremely helpful. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a business. Mariah Freeman Was an amazing asset to this business. She took time with me and helped me perfectly to get my desired purchase. She takes pride in her career at this business I can’t say enough good things about her and my shopping experience.

poor customer service. The woman in the print department was aggressive over the phone after I inquired about my order status. What I find even more interesting is that when reviewing the comments, their seems to be more women with positive experience and all of the problems with poor customer service seem to be from men. I won't be coming back to this store. I'll find another print service.

The print lady didn't want to help me, had more important things to do I guess. I'm not good at it. After a couple minutes struggling with self serve I looked around and she was still standing in the same place talking to a Co- worker! Apparently she wasn't as busy as she thought. Even when I said never mind, I'll go somewhere else, no one offered to help. The manager was at lunch, so I didn't get to talk to him!

OTR truck driver. Called ahead to see if they had the printer ink we needed. Gal answered the phone and went to physically check before we drove there. THANK YOU!!

What I went in for was out of stock but they ordered it for me and I had it delivered to my house in two days. No hassle and no freight charge. Will order again...

Not very happy ???? ordered a data stick, recd promise would deliver in 5 days. On the 6 day day no product. Option given: reorder or refund . I needed it when I ordered it! I still like Office Depot!
