ABSOLUTELY great place to shop. Outstanding customer service. They will go out of the way to make sure you are happy and have what you need. Being over an hour away, they took the time to make sure what we needed was there by the time we got there from their warehouse.
Talk with Clyde, he will make sure you are satisfied.

My son's band director recommended this place. Staff was nice, and allowed my son to try out a couple of instruments. However, when I mentioned we wanted to do rent to own, they said they no longer do that. We could essentially only purchase outright or finance. When I asked about discounts, I was told they don't do discounts, but it would be cheaper to just buy the instrument outright. As of today, they still have the rent to own program advertised on their website, along with discounts and advantages of the program, which is the main reason we made the 1.5 hour drive. I also found the exact same instrument for over $200 cheaper somewhere else. People seem nice, but this was really disappointing. Please don't advertise if you can't offer it.

Great company! When buying an instrument for your kid, they listen to his goals and needs and make suggestions accordingly. They have reasonable prices and don’t hassle you with up-sale pitches. They are friendly and caring. They let my son try several different brands of trumpets and mouth pieces before purchasing. They give great trade in credit and offer financing. Their caliber of service and professionalism is top notch! I highly recommend giving them your business.

Always nice...very knowledgeable about the instruments and I appreciate not having to go to birmingham...they have fixed 2 instruments so far and have done a great job.

Skip to the bottom if you just want the review. I was apprehensive going to a Music Store with my Dad' guitar. He had given it to me a few years back, and I had done nothing with it. I didn't even look up the maker. The day I visited Gadsden Music, was the day before the 2-year anniversary of my Dad's death. I was feeling guilty, ashamed, and that my neglect had ruined his guitar. BUT, I was welcomed by Amanda who looked at the guitar and exclaimed "Wow, what a interesting guitar!" She identified the brand and size, and to my relief, she said it could be cleaned and brought back to life.

Review: Gadsden Music Company should be the first place you visit for all things Music. They are Musicians and therefore extremely knowledgeable. All the staff, Amanda, Tyler, Brian... are customer interactive, whether you have no knowledge, like me, or a Proffesional, I saw several being helped, they love Music and love their work!

Love Gadsden music. They always do amazing repairs and they don't charge and arm & leg to do it!! Highly recommend them. Staff is always super nice

This is a great store. Even if you don’t play or like music. I took my guitar in looking for a quick fix on a small boo boo. The long haired gentleman on the side who looks like he could play a few things and teach you the meaning of Shakespeare at the same time knew exactly what to do and promptly did so. He also offered to put on new strings, clean it up, and a couple other things he mentioned in guitar language but clearly needed done. It took him all of 15 min, whilst he listened to an old friend who dropped by to tell his life story. And he only charged me $30. It looked like a brand new guitar. I never knew until that day that I was a descendant of Jimi Hendricks. Thank you long haired man, thank you.
