I've been working here right at a year and I loved it at the beginning, then things started slowly dropping. Honestly it's a great place to work if you didn't have knucklehead supervisor that thinks he's God and just wants to make his wallet fat by killing us and our line in the process. I really just just hope and pray that they would care for us employees a whole lot more than they do. I would love more time with my family and I would dang sure appreciate my evaluation for my raise I am entitled to months ago. It is by far a great place to work it would be even better if they would keep their word on raises and give us a little more time off and work with people with disabilities like myself.....am not and will not ask for special treatment.

I tried to call for delivery hours. Without getting an answer I simply drove up to the gate. They were working late to get end of the month stuff done so the actually got me unloaded. I offered to wait until Monday but with it being a holiday weekend they got me unloaded so I didn't have to wait. Thank you. My only complaint is they did not return my call for information to hours.

As a prior employee, I absolutely LOVED working here. Michael was fantastic during my training process and I wouldn’t have rather had anyone else train me. He’s also AMAZING at his job and those welds are phenomenal. The hours were long yes, however the pay made up for it. Being a single mother of two children, I was able to find a balance that worked for me and financially supported my family. My only complaint would be the lack of diversity in gender but that’s expected being a “man’s career”. If you’re a woman, be prepared for the stares and comments that you’re likely to receive in a building full of men who never see the light of day haha, otherwise I met some great people while working here and I would recommend it to someone else.

Management alway changes and if you like working 12 hrs a day 7 days a week. And being treated like a number this is the place for you.

Great benefits and the pay is good! The work-life stinks as you are forced into overtime and given 1.5 points against your attendance if you are on a 12 hour workday. One of the bosses bumped me from my job in which I had no problem doing and he said it was based not just on work performance but skill set. The guy to replace me at my job had less experience then me but based off his mechanical skill set got my first shift position.

Really decent place to work and pay is well above average for this area as well.

Great Place To Work! Long days and a lot of overtime. Bosses are pretty good to as well as pay.
