The Fort Payne Cracker Barrel is a spacious restaurant. There weren't many people there yet the morning I had the Country Breakfast of two fried eggs, sausage patties, hash brown casserole, biscuits and gravy. My server was very prompt, friendly and courteous. The food was served promptly and it was hot and delicious. Cracker Barrel single servings of gravy seems to have increased, which is great! The eggs were cooked as ordered. I like being able to pay at the table electronically, instead of standing in line at the cash register. I shopped around afterwards in the gift shop, which had lots of interesting merchandise. This Cracker Barrel is in the upper third of Cracker Barrels I've visited lately. Good service, good food, clean restaurant! My breakfast cost less than $10, which is rare these days! I was confused because I think that the menu indicated a higher price.

We were on our way back from Gatlinburg TN and with all the pancake places to eat in the mountain, I have found none of them are better than good ole Cracker Barrell.

Very good food and good service. Waitress was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant. I also made some purchases in the cracker barrel store. Will definitely be back

We got the seafood sampler. The waitress was super nice. When we got our food, we only got 2 small piece of fish, some shrimp and a few steak fries with fried okra. The okra was barely cooked. For the price we expected more.

I’ve never been to a Cracker Barrel that rolled out the Red Carpet. This location definitely rolled it out for my family and I. We felt like we were the only ones there. The waiter was Exceptional. The food was delicious. I had chicken and dumplings. They were cooked perfectly. The cashier even helped us find the gummy’s we were looking for. Thank you Cracker Barrel for being awesome!!!! Anytime I need to travel back there…. I’ll definitely stop and eat here again. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION❌⭕️❌⭕️????❤️????

Generally, all Cracker Barrels are great. Here, the service seemed to be better than most and the kitchen was quick to get the food out. Appeared to be properly staffed to handle the crowds - that is a good thing. We enjoyed it here.

We had a delicious ???? dinner Saturday. I ordered the Saturday special, fried pork chops, mashed potatoes and fried okra. The pork chops were the best I ever had. Two large loin chops fried to perfection, with a light tasty crisp coating! Made from scratch mashed potatoes and gravy with a side of plump fried okra. Husband was very pleased with his breakfast. Two slices of his favorite salty Virginia ham, scrambled eggs, nice creamy grits and two huge fluffy pancakes. Our server, Emily was the best! Friendly and efficient. Always checking on us and kept our coffee mugs full. Believe they were short on servers and did have to wait 10 minutes to be seated, but was well worth the short wait!! Enjoy!

Update: Enjoyed another delicious meal if you like Grilled Trout. The fish had delicious seasoning and grilled to perfection.

Delicious food!!! I truly enjoyed my meal. It was fresh and tasty. People are nice and friendly. Clean place. Lots of good stuff you can find in a store. Great prices!
