Waited in line for over an hour note on door states 1. Customer per representative very inefficient process. ONLY ONE AGENT apparently works there, just kept entertaining this one customer two other people that arrived after me left. This is a military post soldiers cannot afford to wait this long for a service which was intended to make it easier.

On hold for 10 minutes, gave account info and was placed on hold again. On hold for another 30 minutes, was then told that I wasn’t on the account in the first place. They have no way to add me to the account online or over the phone without the account holder. When we got to Alabama a year ago we made sure to add me as an account holder for this very reason.
Be ready to be frustrated, and find something good to watch on TV while you wait. One star just because the customer service people were friendly, if unhelpful.

The customer service is great, this review is strictly for the internet. This year alone I’ve had to call four different times to have a technician come out. The internet works fine one moment, but sporadically will just go down to 0 MBPS just long enough to interrupt whatever I was doing.

Update: 07/23/2021
Internet has gone back down the crapper again. Was surprised to see it’s only been three months since I’ve been having issues the last time. If you use this internet for work or school I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere or finding other options. At least the customer service reps are nice to talk to when you spend so much time calling them.

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Caleb with Spectrum! He went above and beyond on helping us get our internet back (American Water accidentally cut through our internet cable yesterday).

Caleb (who only had to help us with our internet) also brought to our attention that our ground wire was not connected to our ground rod. So that’s getting fixed too:)

Not sure why all the modem speed complaints on here. I had TWC Ultra @ 60mbps. When I changed over to Spectrum it went to 100 then 300+ for their enhanced speeds! I'm gonna back down to basic @ 100 to save some money and that's more than I need. Always had good service when there was a problem and Carol @ the Ft Rucker Office is outstanding to deal with !
Will say they got caught unprepared during the switch over from analog to digital. Long lines, confusion and frustration. Additional people would have helped smooth that out tremendously !
Still better than satellite !

Great internet speed only when it wants to work and you have to keep a close eye on your billing because they will add charges like spectrum tv for example

Do not like them at all but that is the only thing they offer where I live. There fastest speed for internet is only 50mbps. Short little videos still needs to buffer, apps takes a while load and customer service is horrible even the live chat. I just wanted to know if they have any new deals on internet that's faster than 50mbps and it took 30 minutes of answering other questions before they could. By that time I grew frustrated and just closed out the chat. If anybody know of better internet providers for 36330 are please let me know by committing

It seems as though living on post means your service will suck. However, I live off post and my internet speed is usually over 300Mbps which is insanely fast for what I pay. To add, my service has never gone out for any reason.
