I have used H&R Block since about 2008. I have loved their work. However, this year there is an issue with my online account. Which is not a big deal, but I have tried to contact someone about the issue with no luck. I have spent hours on hold for two weeks and have only talked to one person who only sent me to another person. Where I stayed on hold for an hour and a half then dropped. I have also emailed and received no response. While I have loved their tax service I will be leaving do to their inability to even talk to me. I would highly recommend finding someone else that will actually take care of you when there are issues as well as when things are working well.
