I ordered a package on Amazon. Had been tracking the order and trying to find out why it’s late. Amazon customer service made their part in it right by giving me the money I paid for faster shipping back.
According to the shipment tracking, it said it was left at this post office for me to pick up. So I go to get it, the guy tells me it’s not there. So I call Amazon customer service again and they swear to me it says it’s there just like my shipment tracking says it is. So I go back in to tell the guy that. He takes the tracking number, goes to the back, comes back and says “What probably happen is that because it got here and the specific carried for your road wasn’t even here, we just scanned it and then tossed it in a buggy, and it was probably the wrong buggy. But I guarantee it’ll be there today.”
He gave me a phone number to call, so I did and nobody even answers!

Like I understand when you’re in a rush you can miss things. But I mean this is people’s mail. And how can you say how poorly you do your job with such confidence?

Since you did not deliver to the address, I am sending the product from Turkey for the 2nd time. And my financial situation is not good. Please do not send the product back to me without sending the product to the customer's address. If you do not deliver to the address, the customer will come and receive the product. Keep the product in the pastry shop. My name is Deniz Gökmen.

My husband tracked an order & shared that our package would be returning to sender & I would not be receiving it. An employee noticed it stayed behind because the address was not available for delivery. She said this happens from time to time with merchant packaging. I let her know I would be letting the merchant know because address labels accidentally do come off. I want to thank Elkmont USPS phone receptionist for details and our Postman of Elkmont for your great, service despite the many odds he is faced with. Thank You all.

I know it doesn't matter and I know no one will read this, but it's pretty frustrating. When your sign and website both say that you reopen after lunch at 1:00 and at 1:40 you're still not back from lunch. Worthless, lazy government employees

I sent you a boxed product from Turkey. Please deliver it to the customer. Do not send it back to me. I paid that much shipping money. Please!!

I have been very pleased with the Elkmont Post office. The people who have waited on me have always been nice and efficient. When I had questions they had answers. It is a nice facility. Rural mail delivery is also quite satisfactory. The mail isn't always delivered at the same time but I don't expect it to be. The delivery load varies so I expect the time required for delivery to also change. No complaints.

I was given the middle finger from the passenger of the dark gray Toyota Rav4. Sad to say people who are allowed delivering mail can be crooks. Must be a Bama thing.

They always answer my millions of questions. I use the PO a lot due to pen-paling and sending different parcels everywhere within the US and outside. I would name some names but I can't think of the ladies name that helped me so much! BUT you guys are doing a great job. Thanks for the help!
