These people are rude. Then tried to talk over me when I was on the phone explaining an issue they caused. It is ridiculous. Out of all the places I've lived, I've never seen a mail service so sorry acting.

Similar experiences to others. Claims that they cannot come down our road because it is not county maintained are false. USPS regulations require delivery to the door for oversized packages up to 1/2 mile from the box. UPS and FedEx have no issues delivering to my house in their large trucks, but our carrier says she can't. Mail is often not delivered on the same day it is scanned for the Informed Delivery app. One package was delivered to the wrong address and they refused to give us the address or try to help us reclaim the package. When you ask for anything at the desk or show up to claim packages, you are met with rude and sometimes hostile workers.

If zero stars were an option. My experience is no different than most others. Receive emails and texts before the mail has even run that my packages cannot be delivered due to insecure location and then hours later have the orange 'sorry we missed you notice' in my mailbox... which they've managed to destroy the mailbox. I will continue filing complaints with the USPS until corrective action is taken in regards to the Supervisor Tiffany. Her initial responses to my delivery issues were inconsistent and went unresolved. She blames the customer for her carrier's laziness. Interactions with her, whether over the phone or in person, have been rude, as well as untruthful. Tax dollars should not be paying the salary for an employee to provide dishonest and all around poor customer service.

This is NOT a reflection on the regular carrier whom I have had no problems with in regards to my postal service. She is A+

Absolutely horrible. Phone is constantly busy. Been trying to call for the last 3 hours. Had a package marked delivered but was not in our box. And no it could not have been stolen after being dropped cause we watched them put mail in and went immediately to our box and nothing there

Horrible in every way! I've had numerous packages not delivered, mail delivered that doesn't belong to me, & don't get me started on customer service. I hate that people don't care about the quality of service they're giving. I'm hoping Deatsville post office gets it together!!

I have an app on my phone that let's me know what is coming in and half of the time not receiving all of the mail like it says what is coming in. Then having to go to the post office to get packages that are to big because they leave a note saying no access to my road when we live right on the road and we have a big driveway for them to turn around in. I have made several complaints and they do nothing to fix it. Also delivery time is getting later in the day and not delivering all the mail. So I have to submit the mail I don't get and hopefully get it the next day.

The Deatsville USPS staff are awesome! Whenever I call, they answer the phone and are very friendly. They have always resolved any issue within hours and actually call you back to let you know what is being done to correct the issue. During their busiest time of year, I am still able to reach someone on the phone. Things get goofed up sometimes which is understandable, having excellent customer service always makes the situation better and that has been my experience with Deatsville USPS 100% of the time. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Packages are continuously left on the ground by the mailbox at the roadside or in the mailbox hanging out the box in the elements. Requests to stop putting them on the ground have been ignored after we went to the post office and were told by a supervisor that it was not acceptable practice. Postal personnel cannot drive up the driveway to deliver packages but are able to when they mis-deliver items!!
