Customer service desk treated me with such disrespect!!! I buy organic lemons here all the time and every bag will produce 2-3 rotten lemons after I put them in my fridge in less than 3 days.
Today I came in to return the expensive lemons from my last purchase, after throwing countless rotten lemons from previous purchases.
I told the attendant a middle aged full bodied, short ,blonde woman and she questioned my about the time those lemons been sitting rotting.
As if I want to stiff Walmart out of a bag of lemons!! Ridiculous!!! No respect!! The coach did the same!
I left the bag and told them to keep it! Didn’t ask for the refund and went to the register to post for my shopping, came back to tell that lady that was poor customer service to treat me like a liar. She said “I’m done with this conversation” as to dismiss me when all I wanted to communicate to her about her customer service skills in a respectful manner.
Go to Walmart and experience the general attitude of “I don’t care for anyone”.
Mind you the way management treats their employees there as there are many stories posted all over the Internet. Now I know they’re true!

Arrived at 3pm for a 30-45 minute service on my car. It's 5:40 now, and I'm still sitting here. At least 30 of those minutes where of me watching my car suspended in the air and not even being touched.

Its clear that just 2 people aren't able to keep up a decent pace here (should be 3 at least until 5pm), but taking 3 hours to do an extremely simple mounting of 4 tires is insane to me. I've done automotive work, exclusively, for the past 10 years. It shouldn't take any longer than, again, 30-45 minutes even at a casual pace, and these dudes are definitely moving at a casual pace. I'm sure they're not being paid enough to be in a rush, so I can't blame them.

I had no idea people were going through these kinds of headaches just for some simple car stuff because I'm usually the only one that touches mine. This is a safe reminder to continue doing that.

Note: Bad work is a product of bad management, and the ladder goes up until it stops. I do not blame the actual workers. The schedule clearly needs to be changed.

Edit: Finally leaving at 6:30pm. Insanity.

This walmart always seems picked over in products. Often out of certain items we go for. Quit buying groceries from here years ago because they would go bad quickly. I don't trust the auto dept.

Worst grocery pick up. First put the wrong order in my car which wasn’t a problem but then only put half my order in and didn’t realize it until I got home. Doesn’t end there..go next day to pick up the missing items and wait for 50 min to get them on top of the 30 min I was there the day before! Ridiculous! Daphne needs to call Fairhope for some grocery pickup tips

3 delivery orders not delivered even on the right day. 2 other big items ordered and when delivered, 1 was missing parts, the other was thrown in my yard, parts in various places, scratched and bent. They did absolutely nothing about it except a wonderful $10 gift card. Really wish someone there would get the act together

We’ve gone here a few times to get our bait for fishing and usually the bait was good quality. This time the cut bait looked and smelled like it was rotten. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until it was time for fishing and we were down in Orange Beach. I was very disappointed, it was awful - the smell was so bad.

No wait checking out. Best place to buy diapers milk because the price is so much cheaper. Produce is always stocked with fresh produce and all employees have been polite and helpful everytime

Nothings ever in stock! You have to check out your own stuff like you work there only to get drilled at the door like some kind of thief. Staff is unhelpful!!! Then even if u order online pickup nothings ever right they give arrival window then u wait 45 mins to get products they claim to be understaffed probably bc the way they pay and treat their employees… & then joker wants to place items against from of sub speakers like I want my stuff messed up thus being why I HATE walmart
