Wesley was the tow truck driver that went and got my sons pickup off of the side of the highway in a very sketchy place. He made it work and got it loaded and went above and beyond to serve us and get our sons vehicle home from Greensboro to Tuscaloosa. We are so thankful for Wesley. Thank you buddy for being kind and keeping us informed and working into the morning hours You’re appreciated.

M&S is extremely customer friendly and the most helpful service in the AL/MS area. We were stranded on a Friday evening until Saturday morning with little help from any other tow/auto service except M&S. The lady who answered the phone for M&S was so helpful. We’re very thankful to her! The mechanic who came out to fix the tire valve stem was very good too. Thankful for their services.

Excellent service. Brian came with gas and put it in our vehicle. Very timely as we were stranded on I20. 5 stars to the Brian and m&s tire service. Nice lady on phone when I called and same as with Brian. If you need anything, don't hesitate to get with Brian and m&s tire.

Jay arrived earlier than the expected arrival time we were given and he was very polite, courteous and friendly. We were broken down off an exit in Meridian about 7:00 pm and expected to be home after midnight. Jay has us back home in Alabama before 10 pm. If we ever needed another tow, I will be asking for M&S to come get me and my car and asking for Jay personally.
Thank you M&S and Jay for making what could’ve been a horrible night into an easy tow home.
I will be recommending this company and driver,Jay, to anyone who may need wrecker services.

Highly recommend their services. I was in a tight spot after one of my tires went flat on the interstate. I had two events to make it to that I thought I would have to cancel. M&S was able to get my car towed to a parking lot and able to find a replacement tire put on for me all in a span of about an hour and a half, putting me back on the road in under two hours since my flat. I have never experienced anything close to that in service and speed for a situation like this.

Specifically, I want to recommend M&S employees Wesley for towing me and Nate for bringing and installing my new tire. Both men went out of their way to help me find a replacement tire and get back on the road in record time. Once again I highly recommend M&S for all your tire and tow truck needs. 5 stars

We needed our church van towed to the body shop. Wesley came in a timely fashion and had great communication skills. He sent pictures afterwards showing us that the van was delivered. We would definitely recommend him again.

Jay was awesome. He showed up exactly when he said he would, which was less than 45 minutes. He communicated with me through the entire process of getting my vehicle to the shop. He treated my vehicle like it was his own.
