Literally the first time I've eaten here and I ordered the SIMPLEST thing. 2 cheesy roll ups, add beef and Chipotle. Of course they remembered to charge for the extras but didn't remember to actually put the extras on. Now I'm back home with food I can't eat and I can't leave again because I'm on my lunch break and I don't have time.

Ordered at drive thru. No waiting and customer service was friendly. No waiting to get food and paying. Another friendly person waited on me. Tacos supreme were
Delicious. You can always enjoy a taco at Taco Bell in Columbiana.

I feel like this place doesn’t value customer service at all they are there for a check I can’t stand paying money for Something and not getting what I ordered especially after having multiple people read my order back this is the 2nd time they messed up my food and now I believe it is been done intentionally and I’ve been calling to complain and they want answer so I decided to leave a review instead I want EVER be eating there again it’s ridiculous.

It was okay for a Taco Bell. Food was mediocre, service was exceptional. Staff was friendly, warm welcoming, everything you would expect. The atmosphere was subpar but I would return

Constantly having issues of some sort. Today it was needing either exact change or using your card. Then on top of that I got two of the most pitiful looking soft tacos that I've ever seen. That's been an on going issue also. I won't be back.

The guy was nice, but they gave us the entirely wrong order… and since our order was meatless, couldn’t eat anything in the bag????.

Love the only gluten free thing they offer and that is the power menu bowl in chicken or steak. Just enough to fill you up, I always leave off the guacamole is normally always spoiled. Very good quick meal.

Nothing fancy at all but its Taco Bell… Cheap and fast lunch! The breakfast menu is not bad either.
