I called and talked to Mr. Spencer to schedule a time to bring in my truck to have the instrument cluster repaired. To my surprise, he said to come on over and he'd take care of right now...on a Saturday...at 3:30pm...wow! I told him I was on my way and it would take about 45 minutes to get there... I'm a few towns over. He said "come and we'll get it fixed up". So I jump in my old Chevy and get there, he comes out ready to work with a warm greeting and has everything repaired, cleaned to a factory shine, and put back in within about an hour. Great service and would recommend to anyone having issues with their vehicle's cluster (mine had to have all stepper motors replaced)! He even gives out a 2 YEAR warranty! Great, awesome experience all around...thank you so much for saving me another few hundred dollars without having to replace the whole unit.

Great experience. Cluster was fix within about an hour, and works great. Service also came with warranty. Outstanding.
