I stop here at least once a week for dinner and sometimes breakfast. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and my food is always delicious. Spent under 20 dollars for 2 persons with their dinner. I am also grateful they offer truck parking, a definite plus for us truckers. Great job Jack's!!!!

The manager is a hardworking gentleman and deserves respect however the lady with the gray hair has a poor attitude never smiles and is too lazy to walk and grab you ranch out he mini fridge... she would rather claim they have none

I've watched the one armed manager work harder than any others many times. He's manager for a reason

Jack is my favorite place to eat a good breakfast. They have the best breakfast food! I'm petty sure it's because they make amazing homemade Biscuits. The employees at this location were very kind, along with the customers eating around us. So, 5 stars from me!!

What a shame, seems like they built this beautiful new building and kept the same old staff that neglected it and destroyed it before. How does a new store score an 86 on a health inspection???? I live just mins away and I had not been here in years because it was so bad. Decided to finally stop in today and nothing has changed or it has gotten worse. They was out of everything. Said they was short staffed but most of the people they had was just standing around and joking with each other. It's a sad waste of a beautiful new building.

It’s a shame that it cost so much to eat out and it’s not like we have time to check it before we pull out and get back on the road to find your biscuit or sandwich not right! Or just sloppy. Should be able to charge for our time to turn around and time set back for the day or just replace place the meal and add one for the hassle we’re

I loved the lightness of the batter, the chicken was juicy and the mash potatoes had a sweetness to them that was surprising. First time trying Jack's. It was good!

Stopped by there this morning for a biscuit and it wasn’t a good day for anyone there. They was throwing food everyone had bad attitudes and I even ask the guy on front why everyone looked so miserable today he stated that they have so many orders and can’t get caught up. There was people coming in and turning around leaving bc they all had very bad attitudes this morning.

Waiting over 10 minutes to get to order a meal behind two customers. Finally left without food this was around 12:30 Don't know what part of fast food service you need to believe in but you're service is terrible. The food prices are up and customers are not serviced..The new owners need to go broke..
