This place says there hiring but u call and talk to someone and they answer and put u on hold another old lady will answer and put u on hold and guess what get hug up on again.I ask the old lady are y'all on drugs and with A GREAT BIG LAUGH SHE SAYS YES WE ARE COME ON DOWN AND GET YOU SOME,LAUGHS ONE MORE BIG TIME LAGH AND HANGS UP. TIMES ARE TOUGH NOT LOOKING TO PLAY GAMES.

One place in Clanton you can get it all at one time, staff friendly and very helpful, be nice if it was on the south end of town lol

Not very helpful. I understand if someone doesn't know about an item. Rudeness and attitude are not a way to do business. I like most Russell do it centers. This one does not live up to the others in customer appreciation.

Fairly helpful. Don't expect 100% of what you want everytime but something will be there. I like the place and the people are helpful.

Stand up place of business IMO!!! There was some miscommunication on an item which I drove all the way from Tuscaloosa to get but they IMMEDIATELY made it right without hesitation!!!! Tells me allot about the management an staff here. Will be doing business with them as often as I can.

Was looking for a specific part. Found it, but it's difficult to figure out what price things are. Nearly nothing is price-marked. Aside from that, it was a quick trip.

Very helpful folks. We can usually find what we need here without driving all the way to Lowes or Home Depot. They have more stuff there now, I was surprised. Their prices are good too.

I had made a purchase at Alex City Russell center and tried to return it to the Prattville store but the store manager said they don’t refund on items they don’t carry at that store. So the only time I will return to a Russell Do it Center is to return that item to the Alex City store. Never had this problem with Lowe’s or Home Depot.
