Poor management. Poor service. This is probably the 6th bad experience in the last few months. I kept giving them chances. We went at 8:30 pm to get an apple pie and sweet tea, neither of which they could provide bc they are "teenagers and have to clean up when they close and they got school tomorrow." An hour and a half before they close and they decided to stop working. They also couldn't give me a receipt bc they were "out of paper" and refused to tell me the name of any of the employees. Great work ethic, ladies. I hope you learn better work habits and relations before entering the real world in a couple years.

Driving overnight to a wedding in Alabama , and being the fastfood breakfast junkie that I am, I scan the big blue signs along the interstate to see what people are eating. Then I see Jack's listed, something new to me. When I arrived at my destination I started to research them, fortunately there was one not far from our hotel. I had a plan for breakfast.

Breakfast Saturday at 10:30am, the drive thru was full, so I choose to order at the counter. At that time of day you can get breakfast or lunch. I got the #1 breakfast combo, a chicken biscuit with hash browns and a iced coffee, an had them add egg and cheese to the biscuit. I also got the sausage, egg and cheese wrap (burrito). The potatoes were delicious, as was the chicken biscuit. The burrito is kinda small and simple, but has a small price tag also. I threw some of the crispy potatoes and hot sauce in the burrito and brought it up a few notches. It was very good.

Restaurant was clean, service was fast and friendly. If I'm traveling through the south in the future I will definitely hit up Jack's again.

Every single time I order online from Jacks the order is never ready when they say it will be. Tonight I ordered a 10 piece chicken big box to be ready at 5:30 pm. Got here at 5:30 went in and it was not ready. At 5:52 got told it would be another 11 minutes because they had to cook the chicken. In the meantime, I see an entire family go in order, eat and leave. This is the second time this has happened to me at Jacks. I will not order online from them again and they should not be accepting online orders if they can’t fill them. Once again no effort was made to even apologize

Very poor service, no soft drinks available. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad with Thousand Island Dressing and when I got home I had Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing.

I'm not sure if it's the employees not caring or a lack of training, but more times than not, my order is wrong. They can't even repeat my order back correctly in the drive thru. When they do read it back correctly some of my food is left out. We don't have many dining options in Brookwood, so it is what it is. Go here at your own risk

This place use to have friendly service and the food was always hot. Now I see only young adults working and they always seem to be horse playing and service has gotten bad.

Website says they open at 4:30am I get here at 6 am and they tell me it's going to be another 5 minute wait I tried to wait in the drive through and they said I wasn't allowed to do that

Food was good inside the dining room floor was very dirt.service was fast.
