We were so lucky to have been given the chance to be some of the 1st customers at Fuego! The restaurant is beautiful and clean. The bathrooms even have boutique soaps and lotion.:)

THE FOOD IS PHENOMENAL.

We ordered several dishes to get a good idea of the kitchen talent. Recipes and spices are perfect! The standouts for me were the Sweet & Spicy Salmon and the Fuego burger.

The service was great! Attentive bar and solid waitstaff.

We will definitely be back!

Lovely restaurant right in downtown Blountsville. Hidden gem! The food is delicious, the service fantastic, and atmosphere cozy. The spicy salmon and grilled asparagus were wonderful. Ask for the chimichurri sauce! It comes with the lamp chops but is lovely on the asparagus. We will definitely be back often.

Very friendly staff. Steaks are on point. Being newly open and a few kinks to be worked out. It's a really nice place to eat. The chef even came out and talked to us. So glad this place is finally open and something new in Blountsville.

Absolutely amazing! Thank you, my friends for the invite to the soft opening. The food was perfection ????. The filet was super tender and the seasoning was on point! This place will be a huge success. Definitely not what you would expect in Blountsville Alabama.

If you're looking for a truly top-notch dining experience, look no further than Fuego Steakhouse. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll be greeted warmly by the friendly staff and ushered to your table. The ambiance is elegant and inviting, and the menu is nothing short of spectacular.

The star of the show, of course, is the steak. The cuts are perfectly prepared to your liking, juicy and tender with a mouthwatering sear on the outside. But the sides are just as impressive, with rich, creamy mashed potatoes and perfectly roasted vegetables that complement the meat perfectly.

But it's not just the food that sets Fuego Steakhouse apart from the rest. The service is impeccable, with attentive waitstaff who are always on hand to make sure your dining experience is everything you could hope for. And the atmosphere is simply magical, with soft lighting and a soothing ambiance that makes you feel relaxed and pampered.

All in all, I can't recommend Fuego Steakhouse highly enough. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a truly exceptional meal, this is the place to go. 5 stars all around.

We had the fried calamari for an appetizer that was cooked perfectly. I had the salmon and my wife had the ribeye both were very good and cooked to order. No Heinz 51 or A1 was needed for the steak. I had the Fuego margarita and the jalapeno opened my taste buds. The restaurant was a little too dark for me.

The steaks have a wonderful sear on them. The flavor is great. The sides were great. I tried the fuego corn dip appetizer which was also delicious. The staff are very friendly and inviting. Kinsey was my server. She did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed including timely drink refills. The owner is present to greet you and make sure your dining experience is going well. My overall experience was great and I’ll definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend trying it.

Atmosphere was great. Service was exceptional. Waitress was very attentive with a great personality, never left us needing anything. Owners there hands on to make sure you're happy. Food was tasty. Dessert was yummy. Definitely recommend.
