Had a late lunch on a Thursday afternoon. We both ordered the fried shrimp with fries and slaw. The shrimp were huge and delicious. Hot and fresh cooked. We couldn’t eat all the fries and slaw we were so full. It’s a must eat as the food was fabulous and reasonable. It has a very small inside dining area which could really use some cleaning (look up). Health dept rating was 98.

This place is delicious. Great food and friendly staff. We would recommend all of it. The soft shell crab was a crowd pleaser. The shrimp po boy had shrimp dumping out the sides, which is perfect. Gumbo had nothing left in the bowl good. Peel shrimp, onion rings, chicken wings.... you really can't go wrong. Order it all, and you won't be disappointed.

We are on vacation and decided to stop in here for a seafood meal. Were we ever glad we did! The girl at the counter was so sweet and helpful. They got our food out to us very quickly. And the shrimp was to die for. It was quite possibly the best shrimp I have ever had. My husband had the boiled and I got fried. The owner came out to check on us too while we were eating. We were so impressed with this small but awesome restaurant and we plan to be back!

We are from the St. Louis area and were visiting family in Semmes, AL. We spent a few days on Dauphin Island and a couple we met while having drinks told us we HAD to go eat at Bayou Seafood Company. As we were leaving Dauphin Island, before heading back to Semmes, we stopped here…and boy am I glad we did. I feel like when you see the place from the outside, you wouldn’t expect the food to be good. You walk inside and there is a cork board with a paper menu on it- not many menu items but we went ahead and ordered the fried shrimp, fried fish and the all American cheeseburger. WOW- it was amazing!!! The cheeseburger was absolutely phenomenal- best burger I’ve ever had! The fried shrimp platter was delicious!!! The shrimp were so crispy, fresh and huge! The fries were delicious and we absolutely loved the spicy potatoes as a side. We loved it so much, we made sure to go back a couple days later so that we could enjoy it once more before heading back to St. Louis. We ordered the spicy boiled shrimp this time, along with the fried shrimp, burger, and chicken wings, and it was all SO good! This place is a MUST if looking for DELICIOUS food!!! Thank you Bayou Seafood Company! YOU GUYS ROCK!

This little place was amazingly good. I had a shrimp po boy and there were easily 10 if not 12 large shrimp on an amazing roll and the French fries were great. Husband had the Shrimp platter with sausage, spice corn, hush puppies... he said it was great! Travelers from Warsaw, MO

Some of the best fried shrimp I have ever tasted. Everything was seasoned perfectly. We met the owner and he was extremely nice.i would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wife and I both had the Shrimp platter with different sides. Food was off the chain delicious. While we were there people kept coming ordering whole bushels of crawfish. If you are ever near, stop in, worth the visit

I stumbled upon this place while at work and was amazed at the quality of the food. I can’t say enough about the good taste of the food and service. Everyone was very friendly and I even had a chance to talk to the owner. I got the popcorn shrimp basket, but don’t let the name mislead you. The shrimp are large, tasty and I also got corn, sausage and red potatoes. Oh I can’t forget I got a cup of seafood gumbo that was also very good.
