I love Publix, but don’t bother ordering ahead in the app at this Publix. Your order will always come LAST after anyone present at the counter with no regard to the scheduled time. Defeats the purpose of this service and it is not a pleasure to shop here because of it.

Like their subs and the key lime pie.
I find that most items I usually purchase are a little higher here.
They do have some good deals, but I don't usually use them.
As with most businesses, they are short staffed.

I normally do not shop at Publix. I think it's more of an expensive store than Walmart or Dollar General.

I was told of the sub sandwich that's better than Subway and cheaper.

Better yes cheaper no because I normally have Subway coupons.

However the experience was better at Publix Deli.

I paid more than I normally do at Subway.

I did enjoy the Sandwich more from Publix.

If I have the Subway coupons I will be going to Subway.

Still Publix Sub sandwich was better to me

One part was this little Older lady that explained everything she is a regular there so it was a lot of smiles and genuine affection in the atmosphere from the delicatessen

Great store, run well for the most part. The deli manager should put faster workers in the sub line rather than the slowest. They lost a bit of business because many people got tired of waiting as they made subs extremely slowly. Other than that the staff is friendly and the store is well managed

Great selection, clean, full service supermarket. They have stand-out friendly helpful service. We were quite favorably impressed.

The customer service is the best I've ever had. They do let you know it's a bit more expensive to shop there than Kroger and Winn Dixie but they still have deals. I would definitely go back just because of the amazing service we got.

Publix at Hamilton Place is clean and well-run. Most employees are efficient and helpful. It costs a bit more but this is an example of " you get what you pay for."

Restroom was immaculate! Bakery staff & deli staff was so friendly! Subs were great! Love this location!
